1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ZS888 platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and ZS888. All funds deposited to your ZS888 account must come from a payment source that you own and are legally authorised to use. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. ZS888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits, which may include requesting documentation before the funds are credited to your playing balance.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ZS888 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. ZS888 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Providing this documentation promptly will ensure your withdrawal is not delayed unnecessarily.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review. ZS888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times depend on the payment method and may take longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be approved for funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds or winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions.
• ZS888 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, policy violations, or unresolved disputes on your account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will apply.

7Gameplay, Results & Fairness

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing under camera supervision.

ZS888 does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Once a game round has concluded and the result has been confirmed by the system, that result is final and cannot be reversed. If you believe a technical error has affected a game result, contact support within 24 hours with your game round ID and a description of the issue. ZS888 will investigate and respond accordingly.

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game, ZS888 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the wagered amount to the player. ZS888's decision on such matters is final.

8Prohibited Conduct

ZS888 actively monitors accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ZS888 will take appropriate action including account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
